Vito Rinaldi

Managing Director

Vito Rinaldi is the Managing Director of Blue Crystal Solutions (BCS), which national headquarters reside in Adelaide, South Australia. With more than 30 years of experience in IT, strategy and partnerships, he is dedicated to driving innovation and maximizing his clients’ business performance through ICT. By putting them at the center of everything he does, this personal approach has successfully solved countless business problems for his clients.
Vito serves as a Board Director for the Australian Industry Information Association (AIIA), a peak representative body and advocacy group for those in the digital ecosystem. His passion for digital transformation and advocacy for AIIA reaches not only large multi-nationals but the small to medium organisation punching above their weight. This aligns perfectly with this mission to represent small to middle sized organisations into Local, State and Federal Government, and as a result has successfully influenced the direction of ICT in Australia.

Vito’s continuing commitment to providing value for money for his customers is reflected in the growth of BCS into leading areas such as Application, Cloud, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

His passion to supporting his community extends beyond IT. He is actively supports local schools and sporting teams as well as providing local talent opportunities through graduate and leadership programs.
He holds a Bachelor of Computing Systems.

Prior to BCS Vito held technical and management roles at EDS for 8 years.

Emil Augustine

General Manager

Emil holds extensive service and project delivery experience. Over the past 25 years Emil has specialised in major business change activities like outsourcing, transition, transformation, consolidation, technology refresh and service improvement leading into production operations.

His strengths are his calm nature and quirky personality.

Daniel Cox

Chief Technology Architect

With over 25 years’ experience in software development, database and system administration, Daniel possesses a level of IT intellect that is the envy of many. His expertise and qualifications cover many areas including Public Cloud, Database, Operating Systems, Networking and various Applications. Being naturally very organised and meticulous with excellent problem-solving skills, Daniel has regularly shown the ability to develop solutions for clients faced with the most complex of situations.

Warren Drake

Sales Manager

Warren leads our sales and account management functions nationally. Warren’s 22 year career in Sales, Account Management and Business Development spans time at CSC (DXC) as well as Telstra.

Sashini De Silva

Accounts/Office Manager

Responsible for the Administration, Finance and Payroll sections of the business, Sashini has over 15 years of experience in accounting & leadership,, most of those at Blue Crystal Solutions. Sashini’s strengths lie in her multi-tasking skills, ability to work independently under pressure, attention to detail and qualifications in chartered accounting. Her strong personality ensures that the office (and everyone in it) operates with a high degree of efficiency!

Aaron Keatley

Client Delivery Lead - Applications

With over 15 years of industry experience, Aaron leads our Applications team. He has a strong background in software development, application support and project management. With considerable involvement within the energy sector supporting AEMO software implementations, Aaron has an extremely strong customer focus. He ensures ongoing satisfaction via highly responsive efforts, as well as clear and direct communication with relevant stakeholders.

Richard Shukla

Client Delivery Lead - Infrastructure

Over 25 years of IT industry experience, ranging from small business to enterprise, Richard has experience in Defence, Federal and Local Government and Commercial sector specialising in Wintel, Midrange enterprise-level hardware, cloud services, staff management. As a client delivery lead, he manages a team of cloud, UNIX and Wintel engineers for BCS Client. He holds a computer science degree with numerous industry certifications and is always seeking to learn and adopt emerging technologies such and cloud, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

Gavin Scott

Technical Services Manager

Gavin has been working in IT in Adelaide since 1998 after a 12 year career in the RAAF. Gavin worked on software development in Defence projects and then database administration, before joining BCS in 2010 as team lead. As BCS has grown, Gavin has been responsible for managing project and BAU delivery, initially in the Oracle and Cloud spaces as well as establishing operational processes and procedures to support the management of a wide customer base.

As Technical Services Manager, Gavin oversees project workloads, develops the technical processes and provides input to direction of the company’s capabilities.

Darren Adams

Innovation Manager

With more than 25 years of IT experience working for large and small companies in both the public and private sectors, Darren has a broad range of experience across many industries.

His passion for trends in technology sees him heading up formal innovation efforts at BCS, both in terms of internal process improvements and external service offerings.

Lauren Attana

Marketing Executive

Lauren drives the marketing and communications activities for all of BCS’ products and services. Her ICT background is well cultivated, unique to, and perfectly aligned, spending the majority of her 10+ year career in the innovation, digital infrastructure, eResearch, and ICT services space. She has a deep and wide understanding of the Research, Government (Federal & State), University and Science Sectors. This holistic understanding of the local landscape enables her to “connect the dots” and effectively communicate in translatable and relatable ways that directly speak to what our clients, team, partners and stakeholders value most when it comes to seeking a trusted and innovative IT partner.

Josh Woolston

Business Development Executive

With over 7+ years in ICT Sales, Josh operates at the intersection of business and technology. His role sees him work closely with clients to leverage BCS services & capability to support their overall Business Strategy and Goals.

With a desire to holistically understand client’s requirements at the forefront of everything he does, Josh uses a mix of strong business acumen, natural curiosity, network of technical partners and creativity to continually and successfully find the right solution for his clients.

Graduate Programs

Our structured program provides successful graduates with a fantastic opportunity to seamlessly transition from university into the work force under the expert guidance of experienced mentors. Graduates will work closely with their mentors and our highly qualified and supportive team across a range of technologies including Oracle, Microsoft & AWS amongst others.

The graduate program is run on an annual basis. The number of open positions varies from year to year depending on requirements. All available positions will be listed below when they become open to applications

To be eligible for our graduate program, a candidate needs to have graduated from a University with a relevant degree within the last 2 years.
