Gavin Scott has been an integral part of Blue Crystal Solutions for over 13 years, showcasing unwavering dedication and expertise in his role as the Technical Services Manager. Since joining the company in November 2010, Gavin has played a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing the technical landscape of the organisation.

After a 12 year career in the RAAF, Gavin moved into software development in Defence projects and then database administration, before joining BCS in 2010 as team lead. As BCS has grown, Gavin has been responsible for managing project and BAU delivery, initially in the Oracle and Cloud spaces as well as establishing operational processes and procedures to support the management of a wide customer base. As Technical Services Manager, Gavin oversees project workloads, develops the technical processes and provides input to direction of the company’s capabilities.

Gavin’s tenure has been marked by a commitment to excellence and a keen understanding of evolving industry trends.
