His current role, in which he was promoted to 2021, has since been leading the organisation with a focus on service delivery. Prior to this, Emil served as the Service Delivery Lead for Blue Crystal Solutions from 2018 to 2021, where his demonstrated leadership in managing teams and ensuring effective service delivery set the tone for his successful succession into his role today.
Before joining Blue Crystal Solutions, he held key positions at Origin Energy and Hewlett Packard Enterprise in which he played pivotal roles in service transition and transformation projects. He brings this experience and industry knowledge into our projects today.
