Space start-up Fleet Space Technologies and creative studio KOJO are among five finalists in this year’s Impact Awards.
The annual awards program identifies South Australian companies “with the greatest potential to impact world markets”, providing winners with mentoring and other support from program ambassadors who help fast-track global expansion.
Finalists are judged on several metrics, including their past three years of revenue growth, employment growth and export revenue, as well as their three-year projections.
In addition to Fleet Space and KOJO, this year’s finalists include aluminium extrusion supplier Bespoke Manufacturing Group, technology firm Blue Crystal Solutions and stadium and hospitality point-of-sale software provider MyVenue. Impact Awards director Seth Thuraisingham said the finalists were chosen after a rigorous judging process.
“We identify, celebrate and also assist SA companies that are making an impact not only to SA, but Australia and even globally,” he said.
Impact Awards winners will be announced on August 24.
