As we continue into 2023 with a rested and fresh perspective, we believe that the best part of our job is getting it right for our customers. And a recent survey has told us we’ve been doing just that.
We’re pleased to say we’ve received an “Excellent” rating of +79 (that’s 1 point shy from “Outstanding”) from our Net Promotor Score (NPS) survey, a survey that is considered the best standard of measuring customer satisfaction and sentiment.
When asked what they love about BCS, our clients said:
- “Great service, quick turnaround on support issues and provide solutions to issues with a friendly smile.
- “Support team are subject matter experts in their field. If a task is assigned to them, I can rest assured that it will be completed efficiently without the need for follow ups”
- “Their BlueDiamond monitoring and alerting system is excellent. I wouldn’t want our very critical applications to be supported by any other vendor”
When we find better ways of doing things or make it easier for them to serve their communities, we’re living up to our purpose of making a difference in people’s lives. This feedback loop enables us to be better for our clients who need better for their customers. We are thankful to our clients for picking us as their specialist organisation and allowing us the chance to develop. None of our accomplishments would have been conceivable without them and their generous help. In the last 12 months, we’ve supported the growth ambitions of large and small companies, we’ve helped government agencies across Australia to be more available, secure, and responsive, and we’ve shown organisations how to use their data to gain new insights and improve their business for the future.
Our teams have also commenced work with well-known organisations, including Royal Flying Doctor Service (SA), St Andrew’s Hospital (Adelaide) and B&R Enclosures in Brisbane. It is hugely satisfying to help these local organisations achieve their goals for digital transformation.
At the other end of the scale, we’re enormously proud of some of the projects we’ve helped bring to life recently, from helping SA Power Network’s critical business systems become more secure than ever and vendor supported allowing for more functionality to enabling Catholic Education South Australia to reduce their carbon footprint, optimise system costs and future proof their data with a move to Cloud.
What’s next? Our momentum continues, and we look forward to having you as part of the journey in more locations than ever.
Come talk to us in Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney.
