July 2016 marked the completion of the integration of our new service management system (ServiceNow). The aim of the new system was to provide an efficient automated solution, which would enhance our customer service experience. This would enable us to deliver improved service levels, and maximise our efficiencies in resolving support issues on our customers’ critical systems.

Since the implementation of ServiceNow we have significantly decreased the resolution time of customer issues. We have also had several customers express their satisfaction towards our ability to provide agile, responsive, and secure solutions to their problems.
